I am a native of Harlan County Kentucky and am an Honors graduate of the University Kentucky Law School. I am a veteran of the United States Army and I have practiced law in Central & Eastern Kentucky for over 30 years.
I represent only injured workers and persons applying for disability, never insurance companies. I have participated in several hundred civil & criminal trails and litigated many worker's compensation and social security cases to a successful conclusion.
I am a member of the Fayette County and Kentucky Bar Associations. I am admitted to practice before the United States
District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. I am a member of the Kentucky Academy of Trail Attorneys.
While in law school, I was a member of the Kentucky Law Journal. Only the top students are selected for the law journal.
